Job summary

As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store’s signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access.

While most of your time will be spent on tasks that don’t involve customer interaction, you may engage with customers when the opportunity arises, answer questions, share product or warranty details, and assist in locating merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist with staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
