Job summary

TAKKT Foodservices in Austell, GA, seeks a Merchandising Data Specialist to maintain product data, pricing, and rebates across systems. You will support margin goals, manage new product setup, and ensure data accuracy for ERP, PIM, and online channels.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience within a distribution company.
• Experience in a support, administrative, data management, or related role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product data, including costing, pricing, and rebates across systems.
• Process cost and price updates to support margins and profitability.
• Manage new product setup and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Monitor and audit product data across ERP, PIM, and online channels.
• Maintain product records, including SKU transitions and discontinued items.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvements and margin growth.
• Serve as a resource for Sales, E‑Commerce, Marketing, and Category Management on data and pricing queries.
• Support Category Managers with reporting, analysis, and special projects.
