Job description

The INDYCAR merchandise trailer is Team Penske owned and operated and will attend select race events throughout the United States to sell Team Penske merchandise at the track. The associate will be required to travel to at least 8 race events during the season, travel schedules may be a week to a full month in duration. Leading up to the event the sales associate will help to organize, stock and clean the trailer. The associate's main responsibility will be to provide excellent and professional customer service while conducting sales of Team Penske merchandise to customers at race events. The sales associate will also be responsible for helping to setup the trailer as a retail location to conduct business during the race weekend. The setup of the retail location will involve putting up signs, WiFi connections, point of sale, etc. and displaying merchandise for customers to view and purchase. The sales associate will provide customer service, sales support and general daily operations for the sale of merchandise during the race weekend. This position will work in conjunction with the transport driver to prepare for and work the race event. A driver/sales team is preferred.
