Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Merchandiser for our off-premise wine and spirits division in Wisconsin. You will be the daily go-to for our sales force, ensuring accounts are merchandised to perfection and driving visibility and sales with eye-catching displays.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 1–3 years of merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move products. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and the Chain Division, manage inventory,

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of merchandising experience preferred.
Drive: Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Market Support: Be the daily go-to for our sales force, ensuring accounts are merchandised to perfection.
Inventory & Backstock Management: Keep products fresh and organized from cold boxes to shelves.
Display Mastermind: Create eye-catching displays that meet supplier and company guidelines.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work with Sales Representatives and the Chain Division to execute monthly programs.
Data Management: Maintain and submit required reports on time; ensure product rotation stays on track.
Training & Growth: Attend product and business training sessions to stay ahead.
