The role involves planning merchandising strategies, analyzing sales trends, and maintaining store layouts. Full-time/part-time hours with starting hourly pay between $16 and $20, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies to balance customer expectations and company objectives.
• Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves for visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement, markdowns, promotions, and price changes.
• Stock shelves, arrange product displays, and remove dated or damaged products.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external management.
