Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor for Greater Prescott, Flagstaff, AZ, based out of Tempe, AZ, supporting northern Arizona stores. You will recruit, train and develop a team of merchandisers and lead POS and pricing initiatives.

The role involves route planning, weekend work, cost control, and ensuring proper price displays. Competitive compensation ranges from $62,500 to $69,000 per year plus benefits and annual bonus, with Medical, dental, and 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Job Overview:

Merchandiser Supervisor for Greater Prescott, Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

Details

• This position will be based out of our Tempe, AZ facility; supporting customer's stores in Northern Arizona and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends required

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.

Total Rewards

• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
