Essential Job Functions include:

1. Greeting customers, assisting with merchandise location, and directing to parts specialists if needed.
2. Checking in, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
3. Maintaining display floor cleanliness and organization according to planograms.
4. Implementing display changes, pricing updates, and signage.
5. Assisting with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and Overstock returns.
6. Collaborating with management on store tasks and security measures.
7. Supporting O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
8. Pulling and staging installer deliveries, coordinating with delivery specialists, and ensuring vehicle maintenance.
9. Performing housekeeping duties for back room and installer areas.
10. Potentially serving as HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts accurately and efficiently.

Skills and qualifications include:

• Good organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
• Previous stocking experience and ability to drive a manual vehicle are desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly encouraged.
