Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring full-time Merchandisers/Stockers in Marion, IL. You will stock shelves, refresh displays, and maintain organized backrooms while building strong relationships with store staff. Training is provided if you have no prior merchandising experience.

Paid hourly at $18–$19 with benefits including 401(k) and health insurance. Weekend availability is required and a valid driver’s license with insurance is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Show Pepsi products in stores and keep displays sharp.
• Restock, rotate, and refresh displays to maintain presentation.
• Keep backrooms neat and shelves full.
• Build relationships with store staff and team.
• No experience? Training provided to become a merchandising pro.
