Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Merchandiser for Lehighton, Tamaqua and surrounding areas. The role focuses on stocking and merchandising KDP brands in stores within a defined territory, reporting to stores for shifts, and potentially covering routes as needed.

The position requires frequent driving, use of a company phone for clocking in and mileage tracking, and a weekend-inclusive schedule with overtime as needed. Pay starts at $20.83/hr with increases after 6 months.

Job Overview

Merchandiser for Greater Lehighton, Tamaqua and surrounding areas

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for KDP brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
• A company-issued phone will be provided with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 7:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $20.83 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.95 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
