Job Overview:

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Location & Immediate Hiring:

Merchandiser for Greater Bridgeport, Fort Worth, Saginaw, Decatur, Watauga, Bowie, Boyd, Azle, Springtown, TX

Responsibilities:

• Stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Reporting to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and covering routes as needed.
• Traveling among stores using personal vehicle; products delivered in advance.
• Using a company-issued phone with an app for clocking in/out and mileage tracking.

Shift & Schedule:

• Full-time, starting at 5:00 am until work is finished.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week, weekends required, with weekdays off.
• Flexibility for overtime.

Candidate Profile:

Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, able to work independently, physically active (lifting, pushing, pulling), detail-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $18.85/hr, increasing to $19.89/hr after 6 months.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license, access to reliable vehicle, proof of insurance.
