Job summary

Glazers Beer & Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to support merchandising and stocking within an assigned territory and to ensure products are properly displayed according to Sales guidance. You will work with the sales team to manage stock, rotate stock, and install POS materials.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Onsite work is expected with some flexibility for in-store assignments and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.

• Install point-of-sale materials as directed.

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for performing merchandising activities, such as product rotation, stocking of product, display presentation, display execution, installation of point-of-sale displays, and construct displays requested by the sales team or retail customers. You may also be required to expedite product delivery as requested by the Glazers Beer and Beverage management team.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Physical Requirements:

• You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
