Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a motivated Route Sales Driver to support our Braintree, MA operations. You’ll drive your personal vehicle to store locations, retrieve products, and merchandise PepsiCo items throughout the store, working with a team of Route Sales Representatives to ensure timely deliveries.

Shifts start early with a consistent schedule; weekend work is required. Training is provided and health benefits follow after full-time employment, with mileage reimbursement for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
