Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to perform merchandising across a set territory, support client initiatives, and maintain product displays while building strong relationships with store personnel.

You will conduct audits, manage stock rotation, report data via a tablet, and travel within your territory. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and security protocols, including potential DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Cover a set territory of retail stores to perform merchandising and support client initiatives.

• Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts, ensuring proper stock rotation, pricing, and planogram compliance.

• Advocate for clients through sales opportunities, shelf work, and relationship-building with store personnel.

• Stand, walk, and work in stores for extended periods while adhering to safety guidelines.
