Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator

Our growing retail company is seeking a driven and organized Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for coordinating product placement, inventory management, and visual merchandising across all retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the buying team to develop and implement product placement strategies that align with company goals
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and replenishment
• Train and support store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques
• Regularly visit retail locations to ensure product placement is accurate and visually appealing
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop in-store promotions and displays
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and make suggestions for new products or displays
• Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and visual merchandising efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or coordination preferred
