Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Toledo, OH is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms and quality guidelines.

You will partner with store management and cross-functional teams to rotate stock, set displays, and create POS materials while maintaining safe handling practices and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Reliable and independent with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work with planograms and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on displays per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to shelves.
• Create and place POS materials and rotate Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organize back room and manage pallets/stock.
• Engage with store personnel and communicate requests and opportunities.
