EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by delivering a visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment that delights customers.

You will execute weekly merchandising directives with store leadership, implement visual strategies to boost top-line sales, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the Inventory team on markdowns and re-merchandising as needed.

• Clear and motivating communication with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution that is in the best interest of the brand and the customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Visual merchandising experience in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Execute merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales and maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards with the leadership team; teamwork is required.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor and manage floorset integrity.
• Partner with Inventory to execute markdowns and re-merchandise sale areas as needed.

Position Overview

We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Part-Time Merchandiser,, you will drive store sales and loyalty by ensuring exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging and brand appropriate store environment

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Execute all weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to result in driving top line sales, create brand consistency and improve the overall customer experience.
• Works with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are being upheld throughout the day/week and is a team responsibility.
• Reacts to sell through and replenishes the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partners with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor and address the sale section (expanding/condensing) as necessary.

Requirements

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution that is in the best interest of the brand and the customer experience
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
• Possess a level of creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
