Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to service off-premise accounts in Naples, FL. You will maintain stock levels, rotate products, and support sales by strengthening partnerships with customers.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising processes, evaluating competitor activities, building the Red Bull product portfolio, and coordinating with Account Sales Managers for exchanges or out-of-code items.

Qualifications

• Valid US drivers license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
• English language; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards, minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
• Sales Support: Ensure that Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
• Execution: Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
• Execution: Evaluate competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other sales team members
• Execution: Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio
• Execution: Notify Account Sales Manager for pickup or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities
• Collaboration: Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
• Collaboration: Work with sales team to build new programs and sell in large displays
• Collaboration: Work across the organization and share best practices
• Collaboration: Lead by example and follow Company standards & Red Bull Values
• Collaboration: Represent the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in-market presence

Job description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Sales Support

• Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• A Valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
