Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, rotated and displayed to brand standards. The role involves lifting, loading and moving cases, and frequent bending or squatting to merchandise across various formats.

You will rotate stock, verify dates, report issues, and maintain clean backstock and cold display areas while supporting in-store execution and maximizing product visibility.

Qualifications

• A Valid US Driver’s License is required.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, reviewing code dates at each visit.
• Identify and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas to support optimal stock levels.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability and inventory needs.

Company Description

The Part‑Time Merchandiser supports strong in‑store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor‑intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Job Description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in‑store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in‑store execution.

Qualifications

A Valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $19.76 to $21.84 / hourly

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
