Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to ensure in-store execution, stock levels, proper rotation, and planogram compliance across small and large format accounts in Houston.

You will merchandise shelves, set up displays, rotate from back stock, inspect code dates, and report damaged items to maintain peak freshness and visibility. You will collaborate with Account Sales Managers, maintain professional relationships with store personnel, and operate a reliable

• Valid US driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring full stock, proper rotation and planogram compliance.
• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers per planograms.
• Rotate from back stock to shelves, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean backstock areas and support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) to address product availability and inventory needs.

Job description

The Part‑Time Merchandiser supports strong in‑store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor‑intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in‑store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in‑store execution.

A Valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage
