Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Utah is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated to brand standards, and available at point of sale.

This role involves lifting and moving cases, bending, reaching, and standing in busy retail environments while maintaining clean backstock and compliant displays.

You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product visibility and availability, with at least 18 years old and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English language required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers with full stock and rotation.
• Review dates and rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults.
• Remove or exchange dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product.
• Keep cold equipment, racks and POS clean and up to brand standards.
• Support in-store execution and build/maintain displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics. Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit. Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange. Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards. Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness. Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales. Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• A Valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
