Job overview

Your role is essential in bringing our unique portfolio of beverages to life at the retail level. Within an assigned territory, you will ensure our products are attractively stocked, properly rotated, and readily available for consumers. With a strong focus on presentation, quality, and customer service, you help showcase the craftsmanship behind every bottle and can.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service for all assigned accounts
  • Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays, cold boxes, and shelves to industry standards
  • Transport inventory from storage areas to the sales floor displays
  • Ensure backstock is neat for the customer and workable by other merchandisers or salespeople
  • Report daily activities within assigned territory

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be a team player and able to work well with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of safe work practices

Working conditions

Work will be performed in the following environments:

  • Warehouse
  • Vehicle while in route

The noise level in these areas is normally moderate.

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to safely complete lifting up to 20 lbs. continually (15 or more loads per hour)
  • Must be able to safely complete lifting 30 lbs. frequently (10-15 loads per hour)
  • Must be able to safely complete lifting between 50 and 60 lbs. occasionally (1-10 loads per hour)
  • Must be able to stand, walk, drive, bend, twist, kneel, climb, reach, and squat frequently (3-5 hours/day)
