Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service large format off-premise stores, ensure stock is rotated and maintained, and support sales by growing partnerships with customers.

You will execute merchandising routines, monitor competitors’ activity, present in-store displays, and collaborate with the sales team to protect the Red Bull product portfolio while representing the brand responsibly. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Service customers in large format 'off premise' stores and ensure stock is rotated and maintained.
• Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Execute merchandising processes and routines.
• Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate updates to Merchandising Manager or sales team.
• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio.
• Notify Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product or stock issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts.
• Collaborate with sales team to build new programs and sell in large displays.

Company Description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part‑time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

Job Description

SALES SUPPORT

Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns

Ensure that Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order

EXECUTION

Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines

Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team

Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio

Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.

Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts

COLLABORATION

Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays

Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices

Lead by example and follow Company standards & Red Bull Values

Represent our Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in market presence

Qualifications
