Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves and create appealing product displays across our store network.

You will refresh coolers and equipment, rotate products for freshness, and keep back-room areas clean and organized while delivering friendly customer service. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Check.
• Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and 2- and 4-wheel carts to move loads up to 2,200 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock existing shelf space to ensure products are available and appealing.
• Refresh immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment; build and maintain displays.
• Rotate products to guarantee freshness and maintain merchandising standards.
• Keep back-room clean and organized; condense and rotate inventory as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to store staff and customers; assist during shortages if needed.

What We're Looking For In a Merchandiser Part Time

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you'll be interacting with customers and co-workers daily, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• A valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Check are critical to meet our Vehicle Safety Policy, as you will be using your personal vehicle for work.
• Additionally, you should possess the ability to operate manual pallet jacks and 2- and 4-wheel carts, allowing you to skillfully push or pull loads of up to 2,200 pounds.
• Flexibility is key, as your schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Salary: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
