Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and maintained per brand standards across various accounts. The role involves lifting, loading, and moving cases, and frequent bending and reaching at the point of sale.

The position requires a valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work. English is required; experience merchandising is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, rotation, and planogram compliance.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and displays, check code dates at every visit.
• Remove or exchange dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products.
• Keep cold equipment and POS areas clean and compliant with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock and consolidate inventory to support stock levels and freshness.
• Assist in-store execution, building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and inventory needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support in-store execution.

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

• A Valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $21.47 to $23.73 / hourly

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
