Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed to brand standards across store formats.

The role involves lifting and moving cases, building displays, and collaborating with accounts to maximize product visibility and availability at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work at various store formats.
• Experience merchandising is a plus and helpful for setup.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers with full stock and rotation.
• Move products from back stock to shelves and verify code dates at each visit.
• Identify and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Keep cold equipment, racks and POS areas clean and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Assist in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to boost visibility and sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Company Description

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Job Description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Qualifications

A Valid US Driver's License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage
