Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for retail merchandising support with a leading Northeast grocery retailer. You will handle hands-on merchandising, order restocks, and maintain accurate planograms in a fast-paced store environment.

Role emphasizes consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail, with opportunities for growth and hands-on merchandising experience across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations.
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required.
• Grocery reset experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology applications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately
• Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly
• Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan-o-gram standards
• Process restocks, reorders, and pack-outs
• Partner with store teams and co-workers to complete projects efficiently
• Communicate observations and issues to leadership
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and reporting
• Complete required project documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
