Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to ensure store locations are properly stocked, rotated, and maintained according to company standards. You will manage displays, back rooms, and shelves to keep products available and visually appealing.

Schedule: core hours 4:30a-1p. Pay: $19.00 per hour. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Mileage reimbursement and local routes are part of the role, with several holidays and benefits described in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system.
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Skills
