Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are stocked and displays are well-maintained. You will build relationships with store managers, rotate products using FIFO, and restock coolers and shelves daily. The position involves a morning schedule with potential overtime and weekend work.

Base pay ranges from $21.89 to $29.05 per hour, with additional benefits and a focus on safety and customer service. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards.
• Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability.
• Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily with cleaning equipment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first-in-first-out stocking.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor/store management.
• Maintain back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
