Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring for a warehouse/store associate in Westminster, CO. The role features a scheduled 5:00am - 1:30pm shift (5x8s), weekends required, with a starting pay of $23.25 per hour and potential overtime.

You’ll help stock shelves, restock coolers, and build promotional displays while ensuring a safe, clean store environment. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store as directed by supervisor/store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
