Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola Caldwell is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are stocked and displays rotated to Swire standards. The role starts early, with a 6:00am–2:00pm schedule and requires reliable transportation to local routes across the area.

You’ll restock coolers, build displays, rotate stock using FIFO, and maintain back rooms while fostering positive relationships with store teams. This position offers steady hours and the chance to advance within a global beverage company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Restock and organize shelves and displays to maintain a safe environment.
• Rotate products using a first in first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by management.
• Maintain back rooms and prepare returned products for credit daily.
