Imperial Beverage is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and display beer, wine and spirits in stores across Michigan. This entry-level role offers flexibility, local travel, and a path into a top beverage distributor.

You will drive to assigned stores, set up product displays, check deliveries, and ensure shelves are replenished. A vehicle and reliable cell phone are required, and mornings on Mon, Thu, and Sat.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old and valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be available Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and deliveries to plan daily schedule.
• Arrive at stores after delivery has been completed.
• Greet store manager and check in as needed.
• Review invoices to verify beverages delivered.
• Stock shelves and coolers, rotate products.
• Organize backstock and assemble displays.

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$16.50 -20 per hour

Eat. Sleep. Merchandise Beer. Repeat: Our merchandisers get reimbursed to drive their own vehicle to assigned stores in their local area to get our beverages out on the shelves and ready for customers. We choose merchandisers who can handle the hard work, enjoy organizing and take pride in what they do. This full-time position requires a vehicle, a cell phone and availability on Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

A Day in the Life

• Review emails and deliveries to create your schedule for the day
• Arrive at assigned store after delivery has been made by our delivery drivers
• Greet the store manager and check in if needed
• Review store invoice to see what beverages were delivered
• Stock shelves and coolers while rotating fresh product
• Organize any product left in the backstock area
• Assemble product displays as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Must have a reliable personal cell phone with the ability to receive calls and text messages and with a cell phone number available internally
• Access to daily emails and smart device for tracking mileage and hours
• Attention to detail
• Must live in or near posted region
• Ability to lift and/or move an average of 30 lbs. on a repetitive basis
