Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support in-store operations, maximize product inventory, and drive a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, build relationships, and help with displays and signage while delivering excellent service.

You’ll have 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
  • Build displays and end caps, place signage, and assist with digital orders.
  • Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
  • Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.
  • Adhere to laws related to sale of alcohol and operate in a compliant environment.
  • Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
  • Perform cross-functional duties and other tasks as needed.
