Job summary

The Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser in Sterling Heights, MI. This role ensures in-store execution, stocking, rotating, and displaying Red Bull products to brand standards, while complying with planograms.

You will lift and move cases (up to 25 pounds), service multiple accounts, and collaborate with sales teams to maximize product visibility and sales. A valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle for work with minimum insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and in coolers with full stock and proper rotation.
• Move products from back stock to shelves and check code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address availability and inventory needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
