Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a full-time Merchandiser II to support the Ocala area. You will build displays, stock shelves, and ensure retail floors reflect current plans and promotions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in merchandising or related field.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance per state laws.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain merchandising/display materials for all SGWS products.
• Position merchandise and create a customer-ready selling floor.
• Ensure store appearance and displays align with plans, selling history, and new receipts.
• Consult with buyers, marketing, and sellers on product positioning and presentation plans.
• Place product orders on behalf of the Sales Reps.
• Service local stores and refill displays to keep products stocked.
• Design and coordinate the visual presentation of merchandise and store layout.
• Install refund offers, neck hangers, shelf-talkers, and price signs.
• Fill cold boxes and warm shelves with company products.
• Refill and re-merchandise existing displays.
• Assemble and install display racks.
• Handle special orders, mail, and merchandise pickups.
• Support sales with POS materials and territory reports.
• Monitor promotions and inventory issues with weekends in mind.
• React to buyer preferences and stock changes promptly.
