Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser-Small Store in GA to build displays, replenish shelves, and maintain stock quality. You will ensure proper care of equipment and brand assets while coordinating with Sales and Delivery teams to satisfy customer expectations.

Ideal candidates read, write, and speak English, have a valid driver’s license, and can work a Monday–Friday schedule in a fast-paced environment promoting a healthy lifestyle. CDL tuition support may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and comply with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle available for daily use.
• PPE as required and safety policies followed.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Neat professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Safety and security of company assets must be maintained.
• Education/experience: high school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Physical ability to perform duties and tolerances for equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and racks.
• Rotate and maintain product integrity in accounts and coolers.
• Keep backstock organized and clean; process breakage and out-of-date items.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and adapt to scheduling needs.
