Job summary

Red Bull Wallingford is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across participating accounts. This role involves regular lifting, bending, and moving cases to support in-store execution.

You will service customers professionally, maximize visibility, report damaged or expired stock, and collaborate with account managers to maintain stock availability and optimal displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid US Driver’s License required.
• Reliable vehicle for daily store visits.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• English language required; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves and displays with full stock and rotation.
• Move items from back stock to shelves, checking dates at each visit.
• Remove dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for exchange.
• Keep cold equipment and POS areas clean and brand compliant.
• Organize backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Assist in-store execution by building and maintaining displays for visibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• A valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $19.95 - $22.05 / hourly. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
