Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and available across accounts in line with brand standards at every POS.

The role involves lifting and moving cases, frequent bending and reaching, and delivering professional service to customers while maximizing product visibility and in-store execution. You will merchandise shelves, review dates, maintain backstock, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize

• Valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to operate for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers according to planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, check dates, and remove or report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired items.
• Keep cold equipment and displays clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock areas and assist in building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and inventory needs.

Job description

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is ensuring proper level of Red Bull products is stock, maintained, displayed and rotated correctly in large and small format stores. The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.

Sales Support

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics. Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit. Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange. Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards. Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness. Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales. Other duties as assigned.

Communication

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

• A valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $19.76 to $21.84 / hourly

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
