Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure in-store execution of Red Bull products across accounts. This role supports stock, display, rotation, and planograms while adhering to brand standards.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining displays, rotating products, reporting damaged items, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize visibility and availability in stores. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers with full stock and proper rotation.
• Ensure planograms and shelf schematics are followed and products rotated as needed.
• Move items from back stock to shelves and check code dates at visits.
• Pull dented/damaged/expired product for exchange or removal.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock and assist in building displays to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers and customers to address availability and inventory needs.

Company Description

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is ensuring proper level of Red Bull products is stock, maintained, displayed and rotated correctly in large and small format stores. The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.

Job Description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Qualifications

A valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage
