Red Bull Distribution Company in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across store formats. This role involves lifting, loading, and moving cases while visiting multiple accounts.

You will merchandise on shelves and in displays, rotate products, report damaged items, maintain clean backstock, and support in-store execution to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualificações

• Valid US Driver’s License required.
• Reliable vehicle for work deliveries.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Company Description

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is ensuring proper level of Red Bull products is stock, maintained, displayed and rotated correctly in large and small format stores. The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.

Job Description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Qualifications

A valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $18.25 to $27.38/ hourly

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
