Hawaii Coffee Company is seeking a Sales Service Associate for its Retail Services team in Hawaii. Under supervision, you will grow volume, facilitate order taking, and ensure merchandising standards for direct customers.
You will maintain shelves, process orders, manage inventory, support promotions, and build customer rapport while meeting monthly revenue goals. The role requires occasional travel from office to Retail accounts and adherence to safety and company policies.

Under the Supervision of the Retail Service Manager and Retail Service Supervisor, the Sales Service Associate is to grow volume and facilitate the order taking process as well as implement, execute and monitor merchandising standards for direct customers.
The position requires verbal and written communications to managers, supervisors, co-workers, customers, vendors; requires talking on the telephone; requires responding to written or verbal requests of co-workers, customers and vendors; requires training/giving verbal and written instructions; requires receiving verbal and written instructions; requires writing/composing written language; requires reading; requires visiting/working at other work-sites; Ability to communicate via the latest technologies required for the position.
The position requires a Valid Hawaii state driver’s license, personal vehicle with current registration and insurance that complies with company requirements. Must pass drug test and military background clearance for services to military accounts on military bases. Smart phone, email address and access to computer.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft
Office applications. Integrated Retail Scanner, Bar Code Scanner, portable electronic
Devices.
Language: Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.

The work environments will be indoor and outdoor as 40% of work is driving from one account to another. Most work is done independently. Occasionally a trainee or supervisor may work with you. Uniform, Company ID and closed to shoes required at all times. Attendance at meetings and training sessions may be required.
Office conditions consist of a manufacture office in a controlled environment with moderate noise from the production area where coffee is roasted, packaged and stored.
Operates basic warehouse equipment including safely managing a hand truck, pallet jack, 6-wheeler wagon and a utility knife.
