PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser in Joplin, MO to stock and rotate PepsiCo products across local stores. You will build and maintain displays, set up promotions, and collaborate with store teams to meet daily ordering and stocking needs.

The role requires frequent lifting (20–45 lb), driving between locations, and availability on weekends/holidays. Start times vary early in the day with long shifts and comprehensive in-store training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
