Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route merchandiser in Rushville, IN to stock shelves with Lay’s and Doritos, ensuring products are neatly displayed for customers.

You will drive your own vehicle, receive gas mileage reimbursement, and work as part of a team of Route Sales Representatives. The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, following a fixed schedule with start times, and using a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (gas mileage reimbursement).
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
