Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route merchandiser in Pompano Beach, FL. You will drive a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement to multiple store locations, stocking Lay's and Doritos, and maintaining neat shelves. You will work with Route Sales Representatives in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Gas mileage reimbursement and iPhone for scheduling/logging activities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
