Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking individuals to join their relief pool in Chattanooga, TN. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations to retrieve and merchandise Lay's and Doritos products, ensuring shelves are stocked and ready for customers.

The role requires availability any day of the week, with shifts starting between 3am and 5am and extended hours until work is completed. A company-issued iPhone will help you view schedules and log activity, with mileage reimbursement provided for

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.40 per hour
• Location: Chattanooga, TN
• Work Days: Will initially be a part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on
• Start Time: Between 3am and 5am. Subject to change based on business need.
• End Time: When work is completed
