Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. seeks a Part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain vibrant, attractive flower displays across various locations within the territory. You will restock inventory, manage displays, and report activities via a mobile device, interacting professionally with staff and customers.

The role supports festive seasons with increased activity and display resets as needed. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Qualifications

What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:

Daily Commitment

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.

Support During Festive Seasons

• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.

Department Resets

• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.

Teamwork

• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements:
