Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to enhance our store displays. You will visit multiple locations within your territory, ensuring flowers are showcased beautifully and customers are delighted.

You will work independently with local teams, follow a planned route, and report inventory and activities using a mobile device. The role requires 18+ and English literacy, reliable transportation, and flexibility during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While independent, support teammates with special activities when needed.

Location: Various locations within your territory.

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00AM to 1:00PM and Saturday from 7:00AM to 11:00AM

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.

• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
