Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to service multiple locations within your territory. The role involves ensuring attractive flower displays, inventory restocking, and professional interaction with staff and customers.

A planned route will be provided to help you succeed on every visit. The position offers paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and route-based transportation reimbursement, with medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Work independently while supporting teammates when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 17.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00AM to 10:30 and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
