Job summary

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to expertly display flowers in multiple stores within your territory. You will manage displays, restock inventories, and communicate with supervisors via mobile devices to ensure flawless service on every visit.

Ideal candidates read and write English, are at least 18, have reliable transportation, and own internet access with a smartphone. Availability during peak season (Nov–May) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• You will work independently but support teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 17.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am

Your Responsibilities

• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
