Falcon Farms is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to ensure that floral displays are perfectly set and attractively presented. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer experience during your visits at various locations.

Offering $17.00 per hour, the position includes a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings and Saturday early hours. Reliable transportation and communication skills are essential for this position as you work independently to enhance our floral setups.

What We Offer

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During Festive Seasons: During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While you will work independently, support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
