Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, building retailer relationships, managing product placement, and maintaining inventory. You will operate independently, using a handheld device to report, restock, and set up Hallmark displays.

The role supports seasonal resets and installations, with shifts that can include holidays and weekends. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with store teams, Hallmark offers paid training and voluntary benefits

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; maintain display at assigned stores and communicate with supervisor.
• Holiday support: extended hours and possible weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: participate in installations, moving fixtures, and resetting card sections; remodels notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
